How can I support you?

How I work

One-to-one sessions

You’re going through something that looks like nothing you have known before. A separation, a loss, a coming out, a life transition — your body knows, even if the words haven’t come yet. We meet one to one, at your own pace, to go through it together. No protocol. No set program. Just you, me, and what is here. Open to everyone — online.

The workshops — grief & identity

For the space of one meeting — two hours — we come together as a group for the same work with the body and the emotions, but carried by the strength of the collective. What you explore alone in a session, you live here together. It is also a way to meet your community: people moving through life transitions close to your own, who recognize themselves in you, and with whom you feel, at last, less alone. Designed for women and LGBTQ+ people — in person.

Support groups

Every week, over 2 months, we walk together in a small group. Time to get to the root, at your own pace, carried by the collective. Not group therapy, not a string of exercises: a space to go deep, to set down what you carry, to witness others, and to feel less alone. Open to everyone, brought together by what we are going through. In person and online. Here are the groups offered through the year:

The support groups

Grief & loss

To move through the loss of a person, of a bond, of the life you had before, and make room for what hurts.

Separation & divorce

To rebuild after the end of a story, and learn again how to belong to yourself.

Identity & rebirth

For the big turns in life, for coming out, and for welcoming who you are becoming.

Exile & immigration

For those rebuilding far from home, between several cultures, several “homes”.

Body & illness

To move through illness or a changing body, and learn again how to live in it gently.

The identity & grief circle — an eight-week journey

We don’t heal alone. We heal in relationship. Hearing someone else’s story, being listened to in turn, feeling that you are not the only one going through all of this — that is where something starts to repair. Because moving through a transition, small or large, is deeply human.

How it works

A closed group of 6 to 10 people

· 1 meeting a week (1h30), for 8 weeks

· In person, in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (exact address shared after registration)

· In French

· €360 — that is €45 a session, payment in installments possible

· 1 to 2 reduced-rate places, on request

Next group

Thursday 1 October 2026, 6:30–8pm — 8 meetings, from 1 October to 19 November 2026.

A short conversation beforehand lets us check together that the circle is right for you.

How I hold the circle

Over the weeks, I guide you — through meditation and somatic work — to meet your inner parts. Not to correct them, but to listen to them. Every part has its reasons, and every one has the right to feel what it feels.

Often these parts contradict each other: one wants to move forward, the other would rather be left alone. My role is to make room for them, in full presence, so they can finally see and understand one another. Because that is where the key is: we don’t heal by silencing what lives in us, but by understanding it.

The spirit of the circle

Nothing is ever imposed. We move at our own pace, carried by the group, listening to and respecting each person. What is shared here stays here.

We practice active listening, and we settle in safely. We share in a circle, we try the mirror exercise, we move through practices that bring us back to our shared humanity. You leave more connected to yourself, more aligned with your values and your limits — heart and soul open to the possibility of growing, of waking up, and of walking on in community.

To begin
The simplest thing is a first conversation. Write me a few words about what you are going through, and we will see together what suits you best.

Week by week

1 · Finding calm inside — “I’m on edge, I can’t settle.” We soothe the nervous system and learn again to feel safe in the body. The ground for everything else.

2 · Losing sight of yourself — “I don’t recognize myself anymore.” We put words to that confusion, and discover, in the circle, that we are not the only one living it.

3 · Getting to know your reactions — “I snap at the slightest thing, and then I regret it.” We spot what gets triggered in us, and begin to meet the parts that fire up — so that, before reacting, we find the freedom to choose.

4 · Grieving who you have been — “I feel like I’ve lost a part of myself.” We welcome the grief of the lives, and the versions of ourselves, left behind. Often, that is where something comes undone.

5 · Meeting your inner child — “Everything inside me contradicts itself.” We learn to listen to our parts — the ones that protect, the ones that hurt — and, through guided meditation, to find the inner child again and offer them what was missing.

6 · Letting your parts talk to each other — “One part of me wants one thing, another wants the opposite.” We welcome that pull without judgment, and let these parts see each other, hear each other, and begin to understand each other. Relief is born from that understanding.

7 · Loosening old beliefs — “I’m too much… I’m not enough…” We undo these stubborn beliefs, right into the body, through somatic practices — to soothe the wound at its source.

8 · Welcoming yourself fully — We take the measure of the road traveled, we celebrate it, and we leave more at peace with ourselves — reconciled with all our parts.

Is this for you?

  • you’re going through a loss, a separation, an exile, a coming out, a life transition — and it is lasting far longer than you thought
  • you have the sense that you don’t quite recognize yourself anymore
  • you have already talked a lot, understood a lot — and it isn’t enough
  • something replays in your body before the words even arrive
  • you want to move at your own pace, with no protocol and no one rushing you

None of this needs to be clear before you begin.

Free and with no commitment. We look together at whether this is the right time.

“What you offer touches something that one-to-one therapy often misses — the relational, embodied side of healing.”
