You’re going through something you can’t quite name yet.
What I do
Separation, grief, coming out, a life transition — when everything you thought you knew about yourself starts to shift. This isn’t heartbreak. It’s identity grief. And your body knows before your mind does.
I work with people moving through these chapters — women and LGBTQIA+ people in particular. Not so you can put it behind you, but so you can find your way back to yourself.

In person & online
I work one to one, in small groups and in workshops — in Provence, Marseille and Paris. And wherever you are, online, in English or in French.
How I work
-

One-to-one sessions
A space that is yours alone. We work together at your pace, with whatever is here right now.
-

Support groups
Six to eight weeks of moving through it together. Feeling less alone in what you are living.
-

Group workshops
A two-hour workshop each month. To go deeper, through the body and through words.
-
Whatever the format, we work with the body and with concrete tools — parts work (Internal Family Systems), somatic practice, mindfulness and breathwork — to reach the places words alone can’t.

I know these crossings from the inside. Grief, leaving home, the vertigo of rediscovering yourself at an age when you thought you already knew who you were.
That is where my way of working came from — the one I would have wanted for myself: bringing the body, the emotions and connection together, so you can move through it without losing yourself.
