What I offer is not an emergency service, and I’m not reachable at all hours. If you are in danger, or if you are thinking of ending your life:
- 3114 — the French national suicide prevention line. Free, 24/7.
- 15 (SAMU) or 112 — life-threatening emergencies.
- 3919 — violence against women. Free and anonymous.
- Outside France, call your local emergency number.
You can also go to your nearest emergency department. There is no shame in calling.
